Our bodies literally are bundles of energy. When that energy flows freely from head to toe then all is good.  However, when that flow or Chi/Prana becomes blocked or disrupted by the stresses and strains of our daily lives, aches, pains, stiffness and lack of flexibility can result.

My Energy Release therapy works with you to find the causes of these blocks and release them.  I use a combination of ancient Ayurvedic Marma therapy, Trigger and Pressure Point techniques and Energy Release work to get your natural flow back, rebalance you, super charge your own body’s natural healing processes and remove those aches and pains. Sometimes this can be a quick process but for other more Chronic conditions a series of treatment sessions maybe required to get to the root of the problem and unlock the healing energy within you. As with all my treatments, my philosophy is to work with you to help and encourage you to take charge of your health and well being.
